Subject: Regarding Best Teacher Award-2024
Dear Sir/Madam.
This is to inform you that the University has decided to organize Teachers Day celebrations on the University campus on 5th September 2024 commemorating the Birth Anniversary of Dr Sarvepalli Radha Krishnan, former President of India.
On this occasion, the University has decided to felicitate the faculty members of the
affiliated/constituent institutes with the Best Teacher Award for their contribution.
In this regard, you are requested to kindly inform and ask the faculty members of your institute to
fill up their nomination form through Google Form link given below latest by August 31, 2024.

You are also requested to provide the certificate (Template attached with the Circular) to the faculty members who are interested in filing the nominations for the Best Teacher Award-2024
Mandatory conditions for filing the Nomination for Best Teacher Award – 2024:
1. He/she must be a regular and full time faculty member in affiliated/constituent/institute of AKTU Lucknow.
2. He/she should have at least FIVE years of teaching experience in the affiliated/constitue intinstitute of AKTU Lucknow
3. He/she must have been working in the present institute/college for at least past ONE year. 4. He/she must have at least FIVE research papers published in SCIE/SSCI/HSCI indexed journals after 31/12/2019. with AKTU affiliation.
5. He/she must have Academic Score of 8 or higher out of 10.
6. He/ She should not have been involved in any act of indiscipline at the institute level or have not been convicted by any court of law.
7. Certificate has to be issued by the concerned Director/Principal on the above-mentioned points.
8. In order to encourage the new faculty members, it has been decided that those faculty members, who have already received Best Teacher Award by AKTU in the past five years. will not be considered for the award and hence are not eligible to apply.
The detailed criteria are given in Annexure-1 and Formats of the required certificates (Certificate 1,Certificate 2 and Certificate-3) are also attached.
The nominations must be received to University through the given Google Form latest by 11:59 PM, 31 August 2024.
