Subject: Ph.D. Registration of Candidates Provisionally Admitted for the Session 2024-25 (Phase-I only)
Dear Candidate,
All the provisionally admitted candidates (as per attached list) are required to fill online registration form till 26/03/2025 along with requisite registration fee, through the following link:-https://erp.aktu.ac.in/WebPages/Public/PHD/PHDRegistration/Instructions.aspx.
After submission of online registration fee, the allotment letter shall be generated through the portal. The printed form needs to be signed by the candidate, supervisor(s) and the head of the Institution (Research Place) where the proposed research is to be done.
The same should be scanned and uploaded in pdf format in the annexure as mentioned in the AKTU ERP. All candidates must ensure to submit the original copy of the uploaded registration form by hand or through Registered post in the office of Dean, PG Studies and Research, Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Sector-11, Jankipuram Extension, Lucknow-226031 latest by 05/04/2025.
