Subject : Nomination of Startups for Showcasing at Raj Bhawan, Lucknow

Dear Madam/Sir,

In reference to the instructions given by the Hon’ble Governor Madam during the SAMARTH Workshop Program held at Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University on 20th April 2024, we are pleased to inform you about an exciting opportunity for the startups associated with your incubation center.

During the interaction with various startups, the Hon’ble Governor Madam expressed her keen interest in permeating their products at Raj Bhawan, Lucknow on 31 July 2024. In light of this, we will be selecting 15 best UP-based startups to showcase their products or services at the Raj Bhawan. This initiative will provide startups with significant business opportunities from government entities and other customers, as well as valuable networking prospects.

Therefore, you are requested to nominate 2 startups from your incubation center for this prestigious opportunity latest by 26th July 2024. Please ensure that the nominated startups meet the following criteria:

1. The startup should be registered with the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT).

2. The startup should address and solve a significant social problem.

3. The startup should offer a unique product or service that stands out from existing solutions.

4. The business model should be scalable and sustainable in the long term.

5. The startup’s product or service should be at a stage where it can be showcased effectively (e.g., prototype, minimum viable product, or fully developed solution)

6. The startup should be prepared to engage with government entities and large clients.

Important Note: 1. Incubators are requested to nominate the startup who can be physically present on 31st July in Lucknow.

2. The selected startups and their respective incubator will be informed on 27th July 2024.

3. The selected startups have to exhibit their product on 31st July 2024 at Governor House Lucknow Uttar Pradesh

4. The startup selection will be the decision of jury members and will be final.

5. A certificate will be awarded to the selected startups. No TA/DA to the startup will be provided

We believe this initiative will greatly benefit the startups and contribute to the overall growth and development of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Uttar Pradesh
