AKTU Official Notice Released Date : 01/04/2024
विषय : सत्र 2019-20 से 2021-22 की एम०टेक०, एम०फार्म एवं एम०आर्क पाठ्यक्रम के कैरी ओवर विद्यार्थियों के डिजरटेशन (Dissertation) के मूल्यांकन एवं मौखिक परीक्षाओं के सम्बन्ध में।
महोदय,
कृपया उपर्युक्त विषयक के सम्बन्ध में सूचित करना है कि सत्र 2019-20 से 2021-22 तक के एम०टेक०, एम०फार्म एवं एम०आर्क पाठ्यक्रम के कैरी ओवर छात्र/छात्राओं के डिजरटेशन (Dissertation) का मूल्यांकन एवं मौखिक परीक्षायें आफलाइन मोड में अप्रैल 2024/मई 2024 माह में आयोजित की जा रही है।
उक्त के सम्बन्ध में सूचित करना है कि एम०टेक०, एम०फार्म एवं एम०आर्क सत्र 2019-20, 2020-21 एवं 2021-22 में पंजीकृत छात्र छात्राओं के डिजरटेशन (Dissertation) का मूल्यांकन, सत्र 2016-17 के आर्डिनेन्स के बिन्दु संख्या 20 (निम्नलिखित) के अनुसार सम्पन्न करायी जायेगी।
20.2 The Dissertation shall satisfy the following conditions:
(i) It should be satisfactory as far as its scientific/technical/literary presentation is concerned. The dissertation
should be submitted along with the ‘Originality Report’ using an anti-plagiarism software e.g. Turnitin or
similar software. The student shall also provide a certificate of non-plagiarism duly countersigned by the dissertation supervisor/ guide.
The colleges will forward the M.Tech thesis along with Turnitin plagiarism check report having similarity less than 20%. A fine of Rs. 2 Lakh will be imposed on the colleges forwarding without checking the plagiarism report
(ii) It is presumed that a candidate would endeavor to present quality work in the dissertation leading to get the results published in one International Journal (SCI/SCOPUS indexed (non-paid)) or two International conference papers (e.g. IEEE reviewed conference or equivalent). The thesis evaluation panel will give due consideration on this point while awarding marks for dissertation. An additional 30 & 50 marks respectively will be awarded for one SCI/SCOPUS indexed journal paper and more papers.
(iii) If the conditions stated at 20.2(ii) is not met then the dissertation will get reviewed by one expert from IITs/NIT’s or equivalent Institutes of National importance before viva voce.
(iv) The dissertation shall be typed as per the prescribed format and specifications given in the Ph.D./M.Tech/M.Pharma thesis preparation, guidelines available on AKTU website.
उक्त के क्रम में सूचित करना है कि समस्त अर्ह छात्र/छात्राओं का आवेदन संस्थान अपने निदेशक ई०आर०पी० लॉगिन से दिनांक 01 अप्रैल, 2024 से 20 अप्रैल, 2024 के मध्य तक प्रत्येक दशा में अपलोड करना सुनिश्चित करेंगें। सम्बन्धित सभी Information/ Sessionals को सही से भरा जाना तथा थीसिस का M.S. Word Format(as per AKTU Guidelines) में अपलोड किया जाना अत्यन्त आवश्यक होगा।
तत्पश्चात छात्र अपनी ई०आर०पी० लॉगिन से देय शुल्क का भुगतान करेंगें। शुल्क भुगतान के उपरान्त ही आवेदन स्वीकार किया जायेगा अन्यथा आवेदन निरस्त कर दिया जायेगा। किसी अन्य माध्यम अथवा उक्त दिनांक के उपरान्त कोई आवेदन स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा। इसके अतिरिक्त यह भी सूचित है कि अर्ह छात्र/छात्राओं की डिजरटेशन (Dissertation) का मूल्यांकन एवं मौखिक परीक्षायें लखनऊ में आयोजित करायी जाएगी।
नोट –
1. पूर्ण थीसिस (कवर पेज सहित) सिंगल फाइल के रूप में अपलोड करें।
2. थीसिस का प्लेगरिस्म चेक करते समय विशेष ध्यान रखें कि थीसिस प्लेगरिस्म चेकिंग सॉफ्टवेयर की किसी भी रेपोजेट्री में जमा न की जाये। ऐसी स्थिति में थीसिस मूल्यांकन हेतु स्वीकार नहीं की जाएगी एवं समस्त जिम्मेदारी सम्बंधित छात्र/ संस्थान की होगी।
अतः आपसे अनुरोध है कि अपने संस्थान में अध्ययनरत छात्र/छात्राओं को उपरोक्त के सम्बन्ध में सूचित करते हुए आवश्यक कार्यवाही करने का कष्ट करें।
