AGE LIMIT

  • For MTS posts: 18 years to 25 years (i.e. candidates born not before January 2, 1998, and not later than January 1, 2005).
  • For Havaldar posts: 18 years to 27 years (i.e. candidates born not before January 2, 1996, and not later than January 1, 2005)

Selection Process

  1. Tier 1: Computer-Based Test (CBT)
  2. Tier 2: Descriptive Paper

Tier 1

  • The Tier 1 exam will be a computer-based test (CBT) with 100 questions.
  • The questions will be of multiple-choice objective type.
  • The duration of the exam will be 120 minutes.
  • The exam will be conducted in two shifts:
    • Shift 1: 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM
    • Shift 2: 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM

Tier 2

  • The Tier 2 exam will be a descriptive paper with two compulsory subjects:
    • English Language
    • General Studies
  • The duration of the exam will be 60 minutes for each subject.

Qualifying Criteria

  • To qualify for the Tier 2 exam, candidates must secure a minimum of 40% marks in the Tier 1 exam.
  • The final selection of candidates will be based on their performance in the Tier 1 and Tier 2 exams.

HOW TO APPLY ONLINE
