Eligibility :
- Be a resident of Uttar Pradesh
- Be studying in Class 9 or 10
- Have a family annual income of less than ₹2 lakh
- Have passed the previous year’s exam with good marks

- Caste certificate (if applicable)
- Bank account details
- Passport size photo
- Mark sheet of previous class

- Visit the official website scholarship.up.gov.in.
- Click on the “New Registration” link.
- Enter your personal details and create an account.
- Once you have created an account, you can log in and start the application process.
- Fill in all the required details and submit the application form.
- Upload all the required documents.
